This was my favorite Mexican restaurant. Food is always good and fresh. I highly recommend the food but the service is trash. Every year we try to have a birthday dinner here for my wife and never have I ever had a restaurant complain about a party. I called this year to make a reservation and they cried it was to many people. Whoever is running this place needs a lesson in customer service. I get why all the others Los Lupes shut down. The food may be keeping this place alive but the management is the worst. I’d recommend you just online order and pickup. Avoid the rude management in this place. I’ll be avoiding this place from here on out. My reply to Joe. She’s lying to you. She complained about the party the entire time. I have no reason to lie. As I said before this was my favorite restaurant but after her complaint to me on the phone I won’t be going back. And I never spoke bad about your food I still recommend but after your reply I’ll never recommend your restaurant or your food. With all due respect I gave them a 2 from the beginning we arrived as a large group of family, they weren’t very friendly, no smiles, no such thing of interaction just had us standing there looking silly. Moving forward to the order taking and the food I gave them a 4 it was actually very fresh, flavorful and nicely plated I give them that! It would been a 5 if they didn’t take almost an hr to give us our food no communication on what was happening and on top of that they forget one of my children meal and gave it to us almost on leaving the place. The waitress may of been new but she was trying. Customer service should be priority, you walk into a place to feel welcome because you are paying for the service, the training is definitely needed. Unfortunately the gratuity is already included and honestly a little unfair for service like this. We may or may not come back and give it a second try. But the food is really good.

The family which was only 3 of us had waited all week to come and eat Sunday breakfast just to receive all of our food cold. When we arrived we were seated. Drinks, coffee and chips were brought to us in a timely manner. However, i noticed there were several people seated after us who were getting their food who had more people in their party. I asked where are food was in which we had to wait, for it to be brought out. Our food was cold, and the portions were toddler size. This will be the last time we eat here.

This place quickly became my favorite Mexican restaurant! Been here 3 times now, and they have not disappointed me once! Incredible chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. Prices are so low I'm not sure how they make money, and the food is soooo good! The shrimp nachos were absolutely delicious this last time around.

Go and enjoy the happy hour 🍻 salsas and chips so good. Queso fundido with spinach, mushrooms and chorizo AMAZING 🤩 well, everything is delicious!! Ericka was our waitress and she was very kind and friendly.
